Complete the CCBCC EDI Introductory Profile Form. E-mail or fax the form per
the instructions on the form. When CCBCC sends electronic invoices (810 records),
customers are required to pay electronically, including electronic remittance
(820 records).
I would like to pay CCBCC via ACH.
CCBCC requires electronic remittance (820 records) in order to accept ACH payments.
Electronic remittance can be sent to CCBCC directly or to CCBCC’s bank
lockbox.
I would like to send CCCBCC electronic
Purchase Orders (850 records).
CCBCC does not accept electronic Purchase Orders (850 records) at this time.

Communication methods approved by CCBCC for transmitting EDI documents are AS2,
Secure FTP, VPN and VAN
When and how often does CCBCC transmit invoices?
EDI transmissions are daily and weekly. Transmissions for daily occur
between 2 and 3 am and weekly is Wednesday morning between 7 and 8
am..
Does the trading partner agreement have to be signed prior to
testing EDI transactions with CCBCC?
